1. Method 1: Measure your wrist, wrap a piece of string around your wrist and measure it with a ruler, then add 1/2'' - 1'' to your wrist measurement:

To get a fit that's not too loose or too tight, add 1/2" to your wrist size

If you like it a little looser, add 1" to your wrist size
